Large conglomerate IT Management About Our Client Our client is a large conglomerate (MNC). To cope with their business growth, they are hiring a IT Manager to lead a team of 4, managing internal operations while providing digital transformation solutions to clients (government focus). Job Description Responsible for monitor and control all the IT activities, which included internal IT Team, Group IT policies and procedures and contractual obligations, to meet the Business' IT requirements and fulfil service levelsResponsible for delivering a range of day-to-day IT service support, vendor management, IT procurement, and IT strategy planning and security administration tasks and enhance the IT team of HK in a higher level of standard.Responsible for management and enhance the IT team of HK at a higher level of standard.To maintain and fulfil the contract requirement of project customers, which included:Robotics, IoT, Asset Management/ Facility Management systemsTo maintain and provide IT support for contract.Manage and study the opportunity of technology tender.Responsible to provide the technical advice, cost estimation and technical document for tender bidding.To Co-operate with regional team to forming IT standard and compliant with the corporate policy to ensure the corporate is compliant with the corporate standard.Manages and builds key stakeholder relationships across the sphere of influence to improve the overall service provided by the outsourcing partner and internal IT team. The Successful Applicant Degree holder in Computer Science, Business administration or relevant disciplines 8+ year' experience in Information Technology (Prefer currently already at Manager/ Head of level) Background from Facility Services/ Property & Construction/ Transportation/ Engineering/ Solution House is a huge plus Strong in IT Management. Experience in managing both infra and application teams is a plus Strong in user communication; collaboration across business and technical stakeholders Experience in solution consulting and driving projects for clients (gov focus is a plus) Experience in large scale digital transfomation with focus on Robotics, IoT, Mobile Apps, Facilities/ Asset Management System (e.g. IBM Maximo) is a plus Experience in tendering is a huge plus Customer-centric mindset with can-do attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills, good team player and self-motivated Good command in Chinese and English What's on Offer Our client offers attractive compensation with sustainable career path to the candidate. #J-18808-Ljbffr
