Dialego Limited is a Hong Kong design and trading company of fast-moving home, festival & party decorative items and supplies. We are devoting ourselves to bring joys to people by our creative products. To further develop and grow the overseas online business of our brand, Cheerland, we are looking for an energetic and self-starter to be our Product Designer to join our product development team. foreigners with right to work in Hong Kong will be considered. Reporting to the GM in Hong Kong, the Product Designer will take up assigned duties within the following areas : Collect market information, conduct market and competitive product analysis to identify market niches for new product design and development in the seasonal and party decorations, supplies, costume or party game business, candidates with replated work experience will be preferred ; Propose new product ideas, positioning and define new product features, specifications and target customer segment details; Design new products (incl. graphic, outlook, functional or structural drawings) and work with the product team in Shenzhen to complete product prototyping; Assist in new material sourcing and production process development. We require candidates with the following qualities: Degree in Illustration, Graphic Design, Fashion or Textile Design, Fine or Applied Arts or similar disciplines from a reputable university, locally or overseas; Experience in new product design and development of handicrafts, party costumes, board games, party decorations, bedding, household or similar product is advantageous, but drive and determination for success in an online fast-moving business is equally important; Proficient on Adobe Illustrator Suite or similar drawing tools a must; Fluent English and a good communicator. Candidates with study or work experience in the United States or Europe are preferred. Remunerations will commensurate with your qualifications and experience. 5 days, flexi-hours, bonuses, wellness fund, office at Enterprise Square, Kowloon Bay.
