JOB OVERVIEW We are looking for an Executive, Client Servicing to join our team to support our newly acquired company, Storfield Insurance Consultants Limited which provides insurance services to both personal and business clients. The ideal candidate will assist in general insurance broking and possess a customer‑centric mindset with the ability to proactively handle client requests. This role reports directly to the Director. YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Support general insurance broking by establishing and maintaining positive client relationships and assisting with account servicing, underwriting activities, and claims handling as required. Coordinate and prepare insurance quotations, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Support the review and verification of policy documents for new cases and renewals, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements. Provide insurance advice, address client inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring accurate and timely information to maintain customer satisfaction and trust. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE Holder of diploma or above with insurance qualifications to practice as an insurance broker in Hong Kong (i.e., IIQE Paper 1 & 2) is a must. At least 1 year of experience in insurance broking, including general insurance. Good understanding of insurance products, claims processes, and regulatory compliance. Good command of written and spoken Cantonese and English; proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Good interpersonal and communication skills, a good team player, and a proactive, self‑motivated attitude. Fresh graduates with a highly driven and energetic mindset will also be considered.
