Client Servicing Professional A global leading asset management firm is seeking a dedicated Client Servicing professional to join the team. This role will primarily focus on institutional business needs and potential expansion into Hong Kong and China market. The ideal candidate will maintain a “client first” mentality, ensuring exceptional service and fostering long‑term client relationships. Responsibilities Support divisional business needs by addressing client inquiries and processing requests in a timely manner. Provide exceptional service to clients, handling claims accurately to promote strong partnerships. Ensure timely delivery of all new services and reports, effectively communicating updates to the relevant teams. Coordinate compliance policies (KYC/DD) by collecting necessary documentation for onboarding and renewals, and updating internal tools. Maintain high data quality in internal systems related to client documentation and servicing activities. Lead the onboarding process for clients, coordinating with various business lines (Portfolio Management, Risks, Legal, Middle Office, IT, Finance) for any legal agreements. Manage distribution agreements, coordinating negotiations and ensuring smooth operational setups and compliance with contractual obligations. Collaborate with Sales and Legal teams on rebate‑related matters. Oversee client invoicing for dedicated products, ensuring accurate management fee calculations and timely dispatch. Communicate any significant inflows/outflows to relevant teams. Work collaboratively with local and global peers to enhance client servicing activities and improve team visibility. Participate in process reviews and contribute to best practices across all business lines. Qualification Minimum 5‑7 years in the financial sector. Previous client service experience is a plus. Excellent communication, adaptation, problem‑solving, and negotiation skills. Fluent in English and Mandarin. Strong dedication to timing and quality standards. Proven time management and organizational abilities.
