Role description Assist the Senior Leader in delivering professional assignments in either new build or live operating business environments. Provide a broad spectrum of professional and building consultancy services to our clients in line with Arcadis legislative and best practices. Assist with undertaking Technical Due Diligence surveys in relation to real estate investment activities. Conduct documentation reviews to ensure statutory compliance of new and existing real estate assets. Maintain documentation control processes and regular reporting to team members and clients. Actively network in the market and build client relationship base and contacts. Maintain excellent professional standards and role‑model Built Asset Consultant behaviours. Communicate effectively with Account Leaders, Sector communities and Commission Managers. Provide professional guidance and coaching support to junior team members to achieve service excellence. Qualifications & Experience Recognized degree in Building Surveying, Building Construction Management or related discipline. Holder of a Chartered Membership professional status (e.g., HKIS, RICS, RPS) with at least 5 years post‑qualification work experience preferably from a surveying consultancy organisation. Fluent communication skills (both written and spoken) in English and preferably Cantonese; Cantonese is not essential. Mandarin would be an advantage but is not essential. Excellent time management to ensure reporting deadlines can be met. Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Mature, self‑motivated and team player.
