Social Media & Content Support : Assist in creating & optimizing content such as social media posts, reels, short-form videos, etc., as well as schedule and monitor social media posts on different online platforms. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Use Meta Ads Manager and other tools to track campaign performance. Client & Account Coordination : Assist in client communications and maintain organized records of client campaigns, assets, and performance data, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong, long-term relationships. Team Collaboration & Communication : Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution. Market Research : Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities that can enhance client strategies. Qualifications: Who We're Looking For Experience: Around 1 year (more or less) of hands-on experience in a digital marketing or account servicing role Background: Experience from a digital, media, or advertising agency is highly preferred Education: Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline Skills: Solid understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem (Social Media, Campaign Management) Hands-on experience with platforms like Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and Google Analytics is a strong advantage A creative mindset with a strong passion for marketing and the digital world Language: Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese Personal Attributes: A proactive "can-do" attitude and a genuine passion for marketing Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail A strong team player who is also a self-motivated problem-solver Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced agency setting Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Hong Kong?
