Project Details Project Period: 05 Dec 2025 - 30 Oct 2026 Location: Crossroads Village, Tuen Mun Team Project: You’ll be working with other awesome volunteers. What We Need Sorting and inspecting donated goods to make sure they meet quality standards Organising items by category (such as clothing, furniture, medical supplies, and more) Packing goods safely and efficiently for storage or shipment Assisting with inventory and updating records using our stock systems Helping to keep the processing area tidy and well‑organised Supporting other departments or special projects if needed Supervising community volunteers, providing hands‑on guidance and instruction to ensure proper handling and workflow of goods. Background We provide vital aid for relief and development in over 90 countries and support vulnerable communities in Hong Kong. By redistributing quality goods and collaborating with NGOs, we tackle entrenched poverty and enhance sustainability. In times of crisis, we focus on disaster response and best practices. We are a crossroads between need and resource. What We Have You’ll receive a friendly orientation and on‑the‑job training so you know exactly what to do. Our managers are nearby to answer questions and help out. We provide clear information about your tasks and a fully‑equipped department. Swire Trust Go‑Givers Program Swire Trust Go‑Givers Program aims to encourage skilled volunteers to support Swire Trust NGO partners in education, marine conservation, and arts. From now until 2025, 10 outstanding volunteers will be selected annually as the “Swire Trust Go‑Givers of the Year” with special and empowering rewards. 40 volunteers who contribute the highest number of hours annually will also be recognised Meet our previous Go‑Givers and view the rewards.
