Volunteer: Computer Donation Refurbishing Support Join to apply for the Volunteer: Computer Donation Refurbishing Support role at Time Auction Project Details Receiving and sorting incoming donations of computers and parts, undertaking quality control and categorizing items Packing items ready for shipment, with accurate inventory lists Supervising short‑term volunteers of all ages and backgrounds Cleaning, testing and reformatting computers A minimum commitment of 3 months, volunteering 1–2 days per week required Refurbishing and testing hardware (computer hardware servicing skills required) Background We provide vital aid for relief and development in over 90 countries and support vulnerable communities in Hong Kong. By redistributing quality goods and collaborating with NGOs, we tackle entrenched poverty and enhance sustainability. In times of crisis, we focus on disaster response and best practices. We are a crossroads between need and resource. Our Computer Department cleans and refurbishes computers for people in need internationally and locally. What We Have You will volunteer in an international English‑speaking environment together with other interns. The Computer Department is fully equipped, training is provided, lunch is provided. Why this is important The Computer Department is essential for people who are in need. With our organization being fully run by volunteers, your assistance is very much needed Project Period 10 Oct 2025 – 10 Oct 2026 Location Tuen Mun, 2 Castle Peak Road Team Project You’ll be working with other awesome volunteers. This project is part of the Swire Trust Go‑Givers Program Swire Trust Go‑Givers Program aims to encourage skilled volunteers to support Swire Trust NGO partners in education, marine conservation, and arts.
