Job Overview: The APAC IT Production department provides IT Production services in a standardised, automated and digital model by implementing a common operating model with the other production hubs and providing customised solutions, where appropriate, in close partnership with the Business. The department consists of Global Markets Application Production Support (Core & Corporate Banking APS in a second step), APAC IT Production and Production Security. The APAC GM provides IT application production and support service to Global Markets and operations. Key Responsibilities Governance & Compliance: Support IT governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop insightful reports and dashboards using Python, SQL, and Power BI to drive business decisions. Process Automation: Identify and implement automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce manual errors. Stakeholder Coordination: Prepare materials for steering committees, manage documentation, and coordinate cross‑functional IT projects (e.g., vulnerability and obsolescence management). Ad‑Hoc Support: Respond to business requests and provide analytical support as needed. Requirements Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data analysis tools. Experience with Power BI for creating visual reports and dashboards. Basic understanding of IT infrastructure (databases, firewalls, operating systems). Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 1‑5 years of experience in IT governance, data analysis, or business intelligence. Fluency in English (written and spoken). Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders. Ability to multitask, prioritise, and adapt in a fast‑paced environment. Project management skills for small to medium‑sized initiatives.
