We are looking for a motivated IT Governance Analyst to join the APAC IT Production team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the intersection of IT governance, data analysis, and business intelligence within a leading financial environment. As an IT Governance Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the IT platform for Global Markets in the APAC region. You will be responsible for governance controls, data analysis and reporting, process automation, and coordinating transversal IT projects. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure a strong control environment and contribute to the bank's compliance with regulatory requirements. This role is ideal for a technically skilled individual with a passion for data and governance. Responsibilities Serve as an IT Governance Analyst for the APAC IT system platform, focusing on governance control for Global Markets. Develop and generate reports using Python and SQL, and perform data analysis to support business decisions. Create and visualize KPIs and business reports using MS Power BI to facilitate data-driven insights. Implement process automations to streamline operational efficiency and reduce manual errors. Prepare and coordinate steering committee meetings, including agenda, materials, and minutes. Develop, maintain, and review system and process documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Contribute to the bank's compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Coordinate transversal IT projects, such as vulnerability and obsolescence management. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 1 – 5 years of experience in a related field such as IT governance, data analysis, or business intelligence. Hands‑on experience with Python, SQL, and data analysis tools. Proficient in MS Power BI , with the ability to create and visualize reports and dashboards. Excellent communication and client service skills, with fluency in written and spoken English. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team. Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure (databases, firewalls, OS) and project management skills are a plus.
