Assistant Manager (Design, PD and Merchandising) This position will assist the Senior Manager, Sales in handling the design and development for apparel trims, accessories and packaging. Besides, also responsible for successful implementation of the product development plans established for related customers including organizing presentation activities. Responsibilities Provide graphic design, illustration and artwork support to manager for garment trims and accessories, quarterly line review collections and seasonal collections for key customers Handle sample follow-up from artwork to production Assure quality and appropriateness of merchandising development presentations, present product ideas to customers Design and develop product display, visual merchandising for showrooms and visual communication materials Be knowledgeable of market trends through market research, show and exhibition attendance, magazines, etc. Evaluate trends/ product development to recommend to accounts in charge Perform ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Graphic Design/ Fashion Design related disciplines At least 3 years’ experience working within the textile or apparel industry Proficient in design software (e.g. Adobe Design Suite) and video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere) Demonstrated experience with 3D design software (e.g. CLO/ Rhino/ 3DMax) is highly preferred Excellent verbal and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin Strong communication and time management skills Creative, detail‑minded, independent and able to work under pressure Flexible to travel to China frequently #J-18808-Ljbffr
