This role of Project Manager, IT Security based out Hong Kong, will report directly to the Head of Information Security, and will lead and manage IT security initiatives & projects. Key Areas of Responsibilities Lead initiatives and projects for IT security portfolio at CITIC CLSA. Establish and maintain an effective framework that provides a comprehensive and current overview of key management controls to protect the Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of the company’s information assets. Overall project management of new initiatives in IT Security domain and other domains with collaboration from business partners and IT teams. Assess other team's proposals and services from a security point of view. Design and deliver vulnerability management program with Application and Platform teams. Form an effective working relationship with the team’s key stakeholders. Ensure full compliance with all company policies, required training and regulatory requirements. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, engineering or related domain discipline. 5-8 years of relevant experience in project management in IT domains. Ability to manage IT projects and stakeholders of IT projects. Familiarity with Cyber Security topics. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Able to work independently, attention to details, self-motivated. Proactive mindset and a good team player. Excellent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese.
