Our client is a global MNC and a leading architectural consultancyin Hong Kong, is looking for a Director (Architecture) to spearhead project delivery and drive business growth initiatives across the region. Job Duties: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders. Lead and oversee the strategic planning, design, and delivery of major architectural and property development projects in Hong Kong. Manage and mentor multidisciplinary project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and supporting business development initiatives. Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and project delivery methodologies. Requirements: Master’s degree in Architecture. Minimum 15+ years of post-qualification experience in architecture, project management, or property development for both Government and Private sector. Qualification: HKIA and Authorized Person (Architect) Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience building and motivating high-performing teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. Commercial acumen and a results-driven approach to business development and project delivery. Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) is an advantage.
