About the role We are seeking a versatile “tech-and-content” all-rounder to join our dynamic team in our Causeway Bay, Wan Chai District office. The IT & Digital Support Specialist sits at the intersection of internal technology and digital content. In this full‑time position, you will play a crucial role in driving our internal IT systems, ensuring our technological infrastructure is robust and efficient, and supporting the overall success of our growing organisation. A. IT Systems Support & Operations (Professional Function) Provide the internal IT help desk, ensuring smooth daily operations, efficiently resolving technical issues, and performing software upgrades. Provide professional desk support for hardware/software issues (macOS, M365, MS Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) and implement appropriate solutions. Administer and maintain Windows Server environment, including DHCP, DNS, file servers, and Group Policy Objects (GPO). Assist in maintaining corporate network security , managing antivirus/anti‑spam systems, and supporting basic security infrastructure like firewalls and VPNs. Manage Active Directory, ADFS, Azure AD Connect, and Azure Active Directory. Support the daily operation of Microsoft Exchange Server / Exchange Online hybrid environments. Provide necessary remote IT support to our Hong Kong and other regional offices (China, Taiwan, Singapore). Support other IT functions such as hardware management, software installation, network configuration, license renewals, system upgrades, and data backups. Oversee the complete IT process for employee onboarding/offboarding, including full lifecycle management of accounts, permissions, and equipment. Explore and integrate AI tools to improve operational efficiency. Perform ad‑hoc projects and tasks as assigned. B. Digital Marketing & Project Support (Integrated Function) Assist in creating and editing promotional videos and multimedia content for social media and campaigns. Update and manage content on the company website and game backend systems . Utilize internal collaboration platforms for project management to coordinate tasks, track progress, and facilitate team communication for marketing and operational projects. What we're looking for Higher Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Media or related disciplines. Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT support and administration or helpdesk role, working experiences in the IT, Telecommunications industry is a plus. Competent in Microsoft Office, Windows 10, and Outlook is a MUST. Strong technical knowledge and problem‑solving skills with technical proficiency in Microsoft 365, macOS, Active Directory, and basic networking. Experience in Web Server and network security such as Firewall setting, VPN, Intruder Detection, Anti‑Virus and Anti‑Spamming, etc. Practical experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut) and website backend management (e.g., WordPress, CMS). Knowledge of basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop). Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions is an advantage. Certifications such as or equivalent to MCSA, MCSE, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, CompTIA Network+, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus. Self‑motivated, able to work independently, good interpersonal and communication skills. Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese (Cantonese required, Mandarin preferred; know how to write Chinese characters is a MUST). What we offer 5‑day work week.
