Payment Product Director

Develop and implement medium to long-term development strategies for the chain commerce payment platform, optimizing processes and systems to support the platform's scalable growth. Lead demand forecasting, payment strategy formulation, vendor negotiations, risk control management, and user experience optimization to ensure a highly efficient, secure, and cost-effective payment process. Cover all aspects from transaction initiation to fund settlement, enhancing operational efficiency and market responsiveness. Fully responsible for leading and nurturing talents within cross‑functional teams (including technology, operations, risk control, etc.), enhancing team performance and organizational effectiveness through performance management. Establish data monitoring and analysis systems to drive decision‑making based on data, optimizing resource allocation and budget distribution, ultimately achieving cost reduction and efficiency enhancement goals. Continuously iterate on payment products and services based on user behavior and transaction data, improving the platform's competitiveness. Identify and address risks across all payment stages, strengthening internal and external collaboration (e.g., with financial institutions and regulatory agencies) to enhance platform resilience and compliance. Lead the optimization of risk control models and processes to ensure transaction security and user trust. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in finance, economics, computer science, or related fields. Over 5 years of experience in the payment or fintech industry. Experience in cross‑border payments or managing a chain commerce platform is preferred, with familiarity in payment industry regulations and compliance dynamics. Experience in both traditional financial payments and digital payments, with a senior management position in a well‑known payment company responsible for overall operational management and business development execution. Proficient in full payment chain management, including but not limited to payment pipeline integration, clearing and settlement, and user experience optimization. Experience in cross‑border e‑commerce, supply chain finance, or emerging payment scenarios (such as blockchain payments) is preferred, with the ability to quickly adapt to industry changes. Outstanding negotiation and decision‑making capabilities, able to promote cross‑departmental collaboration and resource integration in complex environments. Strong risk awareness and compliance mindset, ensuring business development aligns with regulatory requirements.
