About Our Client Hong Kong Development Corporation, a new branch of SWA, specializes in global products trading and mining consultant services. With a strong legacy in manufacturing key components for large surface mining equipment, they are at the forefront of mining technology and innovation. What you'll be doing? Lead Product Lifecycle: Manage the entire lifecycle of mining machinery products, from development to market. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends and customer needs. Team Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, engineering, and sales teams to launch new products. Drive Sales Strategies: Develop and execute pricing, positioning, and go-to-market plans. Technical Support: Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support to ensure customer satisfaction. Frequent business travel required Who are they looking for? Experienced Professionals: Minimum 3 years in product management or technical sales in industrial products. Technical Acumen: Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, particularly in mining machinery. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and analytical skills to effectively engage with teams and customers.
