We are cordially inviting the potential candidates for the following post. Responsibilities Communicate with internal departments and fabric mills to settle daily fabric related operational issues. Work with fabric suppliers to manage PO/delivery/quality/payments/related documentation. Assist in fabric sourcing for product development, and perform data input into ERP system when needed. Maintain updated records of purchased fabric, delivery, payment, defects reports & other related information. Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Requirements Diploma or above in Textile & Merchandising, Procurement or related disciplines. About 3 years’ woven fabric experience in garment industry; factory experience is a plus. With good knowledge of synthetic fabric for functional wears. Good team player with strong sense of responsibility and commitment. Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, good communication and problem‑solving skills. Sound MS Office and Chinese word processing skills, ERP system knowledge is an advantage. Good communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese). Graduates with more experience in fabric procurement are welcome to apply.
