Our client is seeking an experienced professional to join their Global Asset Allocation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment strategy formulation, policy portfolio construction, and strategic asset allocation and rebalancing. This role is critical to supporting the firm's long-term investment objectives across multi-asset portfolios. Description Lead and contribute to the formulation of investment strategy and policy portfolios, aligned with macroeconomic outlook and client mandates. Develop and manage reference portfolios and policy portfolios, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals. Design and implement strategic asset allocation frameworks, including rebalancing policies across major asset classes (equities, fixed income, alternatives, etc.). Conduct in-depth research on global capital markets, macroeconomic trends, and asset class behavior to support allocation decisions. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., macro research, risk, product, and investment teams) to ensure consistency and integration of strategy across platforms. Prepare and present investment strategy reports and recommendations to senior management and investment committees. Monitor portfolio performance and recommend adjustments based on market developments and risk assessments. Profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or related disciplines; CFA or equivalent designation preferred. Minimum 7-10 years of experience in asset allocation, investment strategy, or portfolio construction. Prior experience at international sovereign wealth funds, university endowments, global asset managers, investment banks, or research institutions is highly desirable. Strong understanding of multi-asset portfolio construction, risk budgeting, and rebalancing methodologies. Proven ability to translate macroeconomic insights into actionable investment strategies. Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English; ability to present complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders. Strong quantitative and analytical skills; proficiency in financial modeling and data tools (e.g., Bloomberg, Excel, Python, R). Job Offer Competitive basic salary ranging from CNY to CNY .
