Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager, Hong Kong, Korea

The Role We are looking for a self-driven, passionate superstar to join Team Tilbury as our Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager. You will be involved in all aspects of visual merchandising and project management - from design development to approvals to suppliers' recruitment to technical drawings development to production and installation. You will be part of a growing Store Design and VM team responsible for all Hong Kong, Macau, Korea and Travel Retail APAC. You will thrive on the challenge of a fast‑paced environment, and you will demonstrate your project management experience and make a great effect in our team. In your role, you will report to our Store Design and Visual Merchandising Manager and work cross‑functionally within the local team and the Global teams. Key Responsibilities Report to SD and VM Manager, the caliber manages the conception and implementation of the global Charlotte Tilbury strategy as we grow in HKMO, APAC Travel Retail and Korea Consolidate all markets' VM calendar, attend regular meetings with global team, marketing, and commercial teams to get campaigns strategies and directions on budget, product launches & promotions Support the SD and VM Manager in preparing & launching new campaign, including in‑store display ordering, videos, visuals, animation, planogram for HKMO, Korea and Travel Retail stores In charge of planogram adaption and updates for all stores in line with global VM guideline and individual market assortment, follow up through artwork, production, quality check, installation and photo report Assist in design creatives and production of animation roll out including pop‑up stores, window, display units Strong sense of problem‑solving skills and able to prioritise own tasks based on business needs Follow up on region‑specific content assets request for Global assets and APAC exclusive contents Control quality and follow through prototype review and factory visit. Coordinate with relevant parties including but not limited to contractors and consultants to ensure the quality of local productions comply with global standard. Attend on‑site meetings and installation Create Store opening VM Guidelines for new stores alongside the retail and SD team Conduct regular store visit to maintain store excellence and brand image Deliver VM training to retail team related to VM standard to ensure a compelling customer experience Assist SDVM Manager on budgeting and forecasting. Raise POs, follow up on invoices and control expenditure of any orders placed for individual projects Be alert of market trends and best practices. Provide research to the team and global Attributes we are looking for Degree holder in art and design discipline with minimum 5 years working hands‑on experience gained in the fields of visual merchandising/ retail design industry/ product design/event or pop‑up design/ graphic design or a combination of above. Previous working experience in cosmetics industry will be a plus Experience with a range of design packages; preferably with knowledge of Adobe Suite, Sketch up, AutoCAD and other design softwares Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute ideas whilst being self‑motivated and able to work independently Be agile, positive, flexible and well organised, have the skills and personality to thrive in a rapid environment and meet challenging deadlines Good attentive and listening skills to feedback with cross teams High attention to detail and project management. Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with short and long lead times to meet deadlines. Ability to juggle different pressing priorities with ease Experience working with vendors and understanding of fabrication and production processes Ability to balance design, with operational needs and budget objectives resulting in exceptional designs and an improved customer experience Understand the importance of aesthetic quality, detail and the perfect choice of colours, materials, concepts and brand identity Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work across different teams at multiple levels Proficient in spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) Salary & Location: Hong Kong SAR HK$24,000.00–HK$27,000.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr
