Research current industry trends and remain on the cutting edge of visual design and merchandising Present and maintain product display and visual effects properly according to company guideline Work with VMD and Store management to maintaining store visual elements up to date, industry trends and company standards, commercial consideration incorporated Report to store management about the areas to be addressed and improved upon within the store Create attractive concepts to be used in-store and on social media platforms Meet with headquarter VMD regularly to brush up and deploy the latest company display standard at store and feedback display problem found at stores Communicate with Floor Managers to work on new arrival launches, promotion and product display Requirements 3-year or more experience in visual merchandising in retail industry Detailed knowledge of the product and industry preferred Self-motivated and able to work independently with supervision Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential Excited and energetic in designing new ways to reach customers Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and creative environment in store routine, including planning & action Adherence to the brand's goals, philosophy and policy regarding marketing and sales strategies Design background can be an advantage Working Locations Kowloon Stores (Fixed Location) Please state yourcurrent and expectedmonthly salaryon your application.
