Responsibilities Window & In-Store Displays: Design and execute high-impact window displays and in-store installations that are on-brand, trend-right, and drive footfall and sales. Floor Sets & Planograms: Implement weekly floor sets and merchandising plans according to corporate guidelines, ensuring product stories are clearly communicated. Trend Implementation: Stay ahead of fast-fashion trends and translate them into effective visual merchandising strategies that resonate with our target audience. Store Environment: Maintain high visual standards across the entire store, including mannequin styling, signage, product presentation, and overall cleanliness. Inventory Management: Work closely with the store management team to ensure key product categories are highlighted and stock levels on the floor are maintained. Team Collaboration & Training: Partner with the Store Manager and sales team to achieve commercial goals. Train and guide store staff on visual standards and maintenance. Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual presentations are consistent with the company's brand image and marketing campaigns. Reporting & Feedback: Provide feedback and photos to the regional visual team on product performance, display effectiveness, and local opportunities. Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends, holidays, and early mornings for floor sets. Qualifications & Experience Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser, preferably in a fast-fashion or high-volume retail environment. A strong portfolio showcasing your creativity, styling skills, and understanding of visual principles. Excellent knowledge of current fashion trends, designers, and retail best practices. Ability to read and implement planograms and visual guidelines accurately. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency with basic hand tools and a willingness to perform physical tasks (lifting, standing for long periods, using ladders).
