We are a vertically integrated textile and garment manufacturer, positioned as a one-stop fashion house offering full-spectrum services from R&D, design, and product development to final production. About the Role We are now inviting a passionate Product Developer to join our marketing team — someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, design‑driven environment and enjoys bridging creativity with business execution. Responsibilities Support Product Development Cycles: support the consolidation of fabric and garment collections Customer Presentation & Marketing Support: Create and deliver visually compelling presentation materials, lookbooks, and product decks for international fashion clients. Trend & Market Insights: Conduct ongoing research on global fashion trends, material innovation, and competitive products to inform new concept proposals and R&D directions. Visual Storytelling: translate company product selections into powerful visuals and layouts that resonate with global customers. Cross‑functional Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams— including merchandising and sample room—to ensure smooth communication and on‑time product execution; work with external mills for fabric development and sourcing. Sample & Documentation Management: Oversee the organization of samples, swatches, and technical documentation to maintain accurate records of each project. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile, Fashion Marketing, or related disciplines. Required Skills Experience: 2 – 4 years of experience in fashion, textiles, or garment product development. Fresh graduates will be considered for junior roles. Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. Strong PowerPoint or Keynote skills for creating client‑facing presentations. Language Proficiency: Good command of English and Mandarin for effective communication with international clients and cross‑border teams.
