Account Manager / Senior Account Manager FleishmanHillard, a leading global communications agency, has an immediate opening for a hands‑on, self‑starting Account Manager/Senior Account Manager to join our teams. This position provides a fantastic opportunity for an organized, seasoned PR, digital & social professional with a strong passion for integrated communications to work in a fast‑paced environment alongside collaborative teams on strategic and advisory work for our clients. Key Responsibilities Act as day‑to‑day team partner and responsible for providing strategic counsel on client work and digital/social strategies. Responsible for social content strategies, ideation, and content development; writing and editing quality content that helps clients achieve their business objectives. Responsible for analyzing data and contributing to developing strategies that play an integral part in digital and social media campaigns to help achieve clients’ objectives. Responsible for executing strategies for integrated communications working across digital/social channels, conceptualizing and running multi‑channel campaigns, paid social strategy, and influencer engagement alongside earned media. Manage and execute across paid and owned media channels with minimum supervision. Develop key creative recommendations that drive smart and innovative digital experiences through a deep understanding of our clients’ business. Participate in new business activities to help our business grow. Qualifications & Experience A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably with experience working in an agency environment. Up‑to‑date knowledge of evolving platform trends and strategic and operational understanding of key social channels such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X. Any Chinese social media experience will be a plus. Experience in handling local and regional accounts and coordination with teams across multiple markets in the Asia Pacific. Solid experience in managing and executing across paid and owned media channels. A strong ability in English copywriting, including long and short forms of social media writing and digital content. A strong ability to interpret data, collate key metrics, and provide insights and recommendations. A strong ability to understand social media measurement and listening dashboards. Hands‑on on applying measurement and analytics tools and platforms. Extremely good eye for detail, from proofing copy to pulling a standout takeaway from a report. A hands‑on team player who adds value, shares creative ideas, and thoroughly executes digital programs. High‑level proficiency (spoken and written) in English and Chinese (Cantonese).
