About the Role We are seeking a customer-focused, analytical Product Marketing & Demand Generation Manager with strong content writing skills to own and drive our lead generation and nurturing efforts from strategy to execution. The ideal candidate should enjoy talking with a lot of customers, understand their pain point, create content for sales, lead generation and nurturing, manage lead nurture and outreach campaigns from end to end. If you’re interested in working with a B2B Startups on the lead generation and nurturing campaign, we want to hear from you Success in this role will be measured by Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) KPIs. Responsibilities Define Target Market & Painpoint Messages: Identify and articulate our ideal customer profile (ICP) and their core pain points by talking with existing and potential customers, ensuring our messaging resonates effectively. Create Sales and Nurture Campaign Materials: Develop and update sales materials, including presentations, case studies, 1-pager and collateral that effectively communicate our value proposition. Create Targeted Account Lists: Develop strategic account lists for Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives and to support our Business Development team's outreach. Drive Cold Outreach Campaign: Execute cold outreach campaign via LinkedIn, Email and other platforms. Develop & Manage Lead Nurture Campaign: Nurture leads into opportunities by campaigns including promotional emails, newsletters, and lead nurture sequences. Track & Analyze Performance: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, key metrics (e.g., MQLs, SQLs, CPL, CAC, ROI), and overall lead funnel progression. Presentations in Virtual and Physical Events: Present the products and sales pitch in virtual and physical events we participate in occasionally. Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in growth hacking and digital marketing. What we are looking for in you 2+ years of experience in Software Sales, Business Development, Growth Marketing or related role, preferably in B2B SaaS startups or Technical Software Products vendors. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to craft compelling messages. Great presentation and story telling skills for webinar and physical events. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools. Hands on experience with AI tools, specifically workflow and vibe coding, with basic understanding of HTML and CSS. Not required, but a big plus if you have: Experience in growing traffic for products which target software / IT decision-makers such as CIOs, IT Managers, Product Managers, Developers, etc.; Computer Science Background.
