As a Product and Marketing Specialist , you’ll be part of a dynamic Product & Marketing Department driving demand generation, content excellence, and campaign performance. Job Highlights B2B Marketing focuses on Content Marketing & Event Marketing Execute product and marketing campaigns with Impact and Quality Social & recreation facilities in Office, Special/extra leaves Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and implement product launch and demand‑generation campaigns across digital channels (eDM, social media, SEM, SEO), ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Design and produce compelling content and collateral, including email campaigns, product brochures, social media creatives, landing pages, sales kits, and customer success stories to drive engagement and conversions. Organise and execute marketing events such as workshops, seminars, webinars, and joint partner activities to strengthen brand presence and generate qualified leads. Compile monthly and quarterly performance reports with actionable insights to optimise marketing strategies and improve ROI. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain consistent messaging and seamless execution across all marketing touchpoints. Identify target audience segments for campaigns and work closely with CRM specialists to build and nurture a robust customer database. Deliver end‑to‑end support for the Product & Marketing Department, ensuring smooth execution of initiatives and continuous improvement. We are looking for: 1–3 years of working experience in marketing or related roles. Degree in Communication, Marketing, or Business‑relevant disciplines. Hands‑on experience with marketing analytics and automation tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms). Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and adapt strategies in a fast‑paced, evolving market. Dynamic, resourceful, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure. Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese. Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Chinese word processing, and familiar with AI‑driven tools for productivity. Familiarity with B2B marketing and cloud technology solutions is an advantage. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
