We are looking for talented people to be part of our dynamic team Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR professional to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with department managers across assigned portfolios and be responsible for a broad spectrum of HR functions, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing effective recruitment and selection strategies to attract qualified talent, acting as a strategic HR Business Partner providing expert advice and support to line managers, planning and executing HR initiatives aligned with business goals, and enhancing employer branding through social media. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sizable organizations Strong business acumen and solid experience in project management Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability in creating and managing social media content Self-motivated, with sound judgment and strong problem-solving abilities A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese We are an equal opportunity employer who offer an inclusive and diverse workplace where people are valued and respected.
