With a focus on innovation and customer-centric approaches, they are at the forefront of revolutionizing human resource management through technology. What you'll be doing? Drive sales growth: Promote HRMS solutions and services to commercial customers in Hong Kong and Macau, identifying new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets. Manage client relationships: Engage with customers, prepare quotations and tender proposals, and negotiate contract terms to win and maintain business. Collaborate with teams: Work closely with pre-sales consultants and project teams to create compelling sales proposals and deliver impactful demonstrations to senior executives. Lead strategic planning: Formulate and execute strategic business plans to meet targets and drive company success. Oversee sales cycle: Manage the complete sales process from prospecting to closing deals, maintaining accurate sales forecasts and providing regular updates to leadership. Who are they looking for? Educational background: Degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or related disciplines, providing a strong foundation for understanding both business and technology aspects of HRMS. Language proficiency: Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, essential for effective communication with diverse clients in Hong Kong and Macau. Sales experience: At least 2 years of working experience in sales and account management of IT solutions for enterprise customers in Hong Kong, demonstrating a track record of success. Personal qualities: Self-motivated, fast-learning, and results-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic, high-pressure environment. Industry knowledge: Experience selling business application software such as HRIS, ERP, CRM, DMS, or e-workflow is advantageous but not required.
