SW9315 |15 May 2018 Infrastructure Engineer Responsibilities To implement and manage technologies, infrastructure, and platforms to achieve and maintain a high level of service availability and efficient operation. To constantly analyse, review and maintain the network/system infrastructure to support changing business requirements. To participate in escalated incidents/problems via diagnosing the occurrence of incidents/attacks and then rectify the underlying incidents/problems. To manage operation and Internet resources and inventory such as IP addresses, domains, hardware/software, Cloud, etc. To manage platform accesses and operations that align with ISO 27001 & PCI-DSS requirements. Qualifications University Degree holder in Computer Studies or Information Technology is preferred. Holder of CCNA / LPI / AWS SAA professional certificate is an advantage. Minimum 5 years experience in System / Network position, preferably from a service provider’s environment and familiar with service design and operation. Experience in ISO 27001, PCI-DSS and ITIL are added advantages; solid experience in design/implement/administration of different Linux distributions and Hypervisors environments.
