With ten cafes and counting, we’re a leading Hong Kong F&B brand on an exciting path of expansion. We’re looking for a Hiring Manager to join our team and support our Head of People & Culture. This is a great opportunity for a passionate and well‑organised all‑rounder ready to make an impact and grow with a small, dynamic team. In this fast‑paced role, no two days are the same – you’ll engage with our teams at all departments, you’ll create culture, and will bring in talent that helps build the FINEPRINT brand and community. Key responsibilities: Work closely together with the Head of People & Culture to spearhead FINEPRINT’s recruitment for cafes and other hospitality roles. Recruiting a pipeline of talent to join FINEPRINT cafes, from Junior to Managerial roles. Deeply understand, celebrate and advocate FINEPRINT culture and values to new potential joiners. Handle job advertisements, CV screening & shortlisting, interview arrangement and employment offers. Work closely with Store Managers on early stage recruitment of new team members including interviews and monitoring of trial shifts. Participate in and monitor the performance review process for new joiners. Work with colleagues on the administrative handling and onboarding of new joiners. Champion the FINEPRINT brand internally, working with teams to foster excitement, connection and passion for what we do. What we’re looking for: At least 5 to 6 years experience in the F&B industry, preferably in a managerial role with lots of hiring experience Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritise effectively. Detail‑oriented and organized. Passion for the food & beverage space. Fluency in English. Strong command of Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus. Highly organised, self‑motivated and collaborative, with a drive to support company growth. What we offer: Huge growth potential within the company.
