Growth and Digital Marketing Manager (Overseas Markets) Own end-to-end e-commerce operations, steering B2B2C platforms to accelerate revenue growth and deliver strategic business objectives in focused overseas markets. Elevate data literacy, adoption, and analytical rigor across the marketing department. Analyze market trends, manage & optimize online store performance, and deploy effective pricing strategies to maximize revenue and competitiveness. Partner with team members to optimize promotion strategies and returns. Design and execute integrated online and offline marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and engagement. Develop and deploy high-impact promotion tactics across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, Twitter, YouTube, etc.), EDM, and offline channels to drive traffic and conversions. Project & Performance Management Direct the full lifecycle of marketing projects from strategic planning and execution to performance tracking with ensuring on-time delivery and quantifiable success metrics. Lead the team in achieving operational KPIs while driving the execution of departmental initiatives. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Partner strategically with the Sales team to forge high‑value alliances and unlock new revenue channels. Team & Process Leadership Architect and govern the marketing department’s core processes and operating framework. Additional Duties Perform ad hoc assignments by management. Requirements Bachelor degree or above, engaged in digital marketing and E‑commerce operations. Well understanding on development trend of the latest e‑commerce industry, and with relevant background and working experience. Experience with digital marketing agency in managing and operating third‑party e‑commerce platforms is a plus. Clear goals, strong data analytical and logical thinking skills. Proactive, good self‑learning and driving force. Excellent communication and coordinating skills.
