Fully responsible for the E-commerce operation, including managing B2B2C e-commerce platforms, to promote business growth and achieve business goals for focused overseas markets. Raise the level of data literacy, adoption, and analytical thinking across the marketing department. Responsibilities Analyze market trends, manage online stores, and implement effective pricing strategies. Partner with team members to optimize promotion strategies and returns. Organize and implement various online and offline marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness. Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific marketing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and success criteria are measurable. Plan and implement efficient promotion strategies on social platforms (Facebook, IG, Reddit, Twitter, YouTube, etc.), EDM, and offline channels. Work closely with the Sales team to establish strategic partnerships and expand sales channels. Lead the team to complete operational indicators, conduct and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual plans. Define and own the marketing department’s processes and ways of working, leading regular team retrospectives to identify areas of opportunity. Perform ad hoc assignments by management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above, with more than five years of experience in digital marketing and E‑commerce operations or related positions. Strong understanding of development trends in the latest e‑commerce industry, with relevant background and working experience. Experience in e‑commerce, IT, Cloud, PaaS/SaaS products, Print‑on‑Demand, or online shop is an advantage. Proficiency in Google SEO with related certificates is advantageous.Experience with a digital marketing agency in managing and operating third‑party e‑commerce platforms is a plus. Clear goals, strong data analytical and logical thinking skills, proactive, good self‑learning and driving force. Excellent communication and coordinating skills.
