Role Purpose Shift in‑charge of MCC day‑to‑day operation, controlling and monitoring the efficiency and safe coordination of maintenance operations to provide technical support for all line stations and HKG base. Supervise a team and allocate work in the shift according to the work program and staff qualification requirements. Maintain continuous liaison with Flight Operation while providing current and continuous reports on the general technical status of all aircraft fleets. Coordinate with related parties during irregular operations or aircraft rotations in case of specific maintenance requirements to minimize costs and disruptions. Monitor and control all information dissemination from MCC. Initiate and organize AOG support, including manpower, tools and spare‑parts arrangement. Guide and advise personnel during troubleshooting and while performing maintenance issues in critical defect / AOG / TD handling. Monitor TD/AOG and cross‑check details with the Operation Department in the shift and provide a summary report. Initiate and coordinate with related divisions, departments and MRO to arrange emergency teams for AOG rescue and aircraft recovery. Monitor all aircraft undergoing checks and provide up‑to‑date aircraft status. The Ideal Candidate Degree or higher qualification in aircraft engineering or any related discipline and / or a qualification that demonstrates suitable experience in aircraft maintenance. Minimum 5 years of related working experience in aircraft maintenance. Possess a valid Hong Kong CAD license or ICAO type 2 license equivalent. Maintenance control experience and familiarity with using technical manuals. Exercise good judgment in working with people in a team environment as well as in aircraft maintenance and safety. Knowledge of HKAR governing aircraft certification and maintenance. Excellent decision‑making skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external parties. Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese.
