Job Responsibilities System Monitoring : Monitor MT4/MT5 system clusters, networks, and server performance metrics in a 5x24 shift schedule, promptly identifying potential issues. First-Line Support : Receive and handle technical issue tickets submitted by the Trading Department and other departments, providing L1-level troubleshooting and resolution. Daily Maintenance : Execute daily system maintenance tasks assigned by the IT Manager, such as log checks, data backups, and user account management. Documentation : Accurately document all fault handling processes and system changes to build a knowledge base. Handover and Reporting : Conduct clear shift handovers and report unresolved issues to the IT Manager or senior engineers in a timely manner. Continuous Learning : Actively participate in technical training to rapidly enhance understanding of trading system architecture and operational skills. Job Requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or related fields. Solid theoretical foundation in Linux/Windows operating systems and computer networks. Strong desire to learn, excellent logical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities. Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and able to read technical documents in English. Ability to adapt to a 5x24 hour shift work schedule (including night shifts) with a strong sense of responsibility. Preferred Qualifications Certification related to Linux/networking (e.g., RHCSA, CCNA) or personal technical projects (e.g., building websites, servers) is preferred. Experience in programming or scripting (Python/Shell) and customer service is preferred. Training Program After joining, you will undergo paid training, including in-depth explanations of MT4/MT5 system architecture, Windows/Linux system management, networking basics, monitoring tool usage, and company SOPs. After training, you will participate in practical exercises under the guidance of senior engineers and officially join shifts after passing assessments. Clear career advancement path: IT Support → Systems Engineer → Senior Operations Engineer/Technical Specialist.
