Handle incoming calls from the CS hotline system in a professional manner, answering inquiries received by phone and mail. Provide quality customer service, including order processing and follow‑ups, and handle inquiries or complaints with good communication skills, friendly and polite manner. Liaise with internal departments to solve customer problems, provide administrative and clerical support to the team, and assist in any ad‑hoc projects as required. Qualifications Diploma or above in Sales & Customer Relations, Hospitality Management or related disciplines. 1–3 years of relevant customer service experience, preferably from a call centre. Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, including Mandarin. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.). Mature telephone manner and strong team player. Candidates with less experience will be considered for a Customer Service Assistant role. Immediate availability is preferred.
