Manager (Payment Audit) – Enterprise Risk Risk management covers many areas including security and privacy, reputation and control. Work as a team leader to provide high‑quality execution and delivery of projects for clients across a wide range of industries, with a particular focus on public sector organisations, including but not limited to non‑governmental organisations, charitable organisations, primary/secondary schools and higher education institutions in Hong Kong. Inspect documents, conduct reviews on the systems, processes, procedures of clients, assess the financial and operational records, reports and any relevant documents provided by such clients, identify areas of improvement with fit‑for‑purpose recommendations. Review working paper and relevant project documents for ensuring the quality of deliverables, compliance of relevant operating procedures and fulfillment of project objectives. Provide technical supervision, develop and mentor a team of staff and assess their performance for engagements and regular reviews. Produce draft consultancy reports, presentation materials and other deliverables for project delivery. Manage and monitor project progress and prepare progress report. Conduct project related briefing and training to service team staff and external stakeholders. Handle enquiries from external parties and clients. Lead project related research, administration, business development and marketing activities. We are looking for someone with Bachelor's degree or above in related disciplines, e.g., business, or any other disciplines. 6–10 years of experience in a professional service firm or public sector; candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent Cantonese is a must. Good spoken Mandarin is an advantage. Possess strong leadership quality, organisation, management and business development skills. Be organised, proactive, self‑motiving and detail‑conscious with a strong sense of responsibility and high working efficiency. Be able to handle sensitive and confidential matters in a professional manner. Attention to details, with high level of accuracy in tracking project details. Have hands‑on experience in Microsoft Office applications and proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Proficiency in Salesforce is an advantage. No outbound travelling is required. Flexible working arrangements are negotiable.
