Manager, Enterprise Risk Management

Responsibilities Assist senior management to coordinate risk management activities and oversee the implementation of risk management initiatives. Assist in continuous improvement of the Company’s enterprise risk management framework. Facilitate and support senior management by liaising with different teams throughout the process, including risk identification, analysis, reporting and monitoring. Support the implementation of enterprise risk management approach to site operations / projects and provide support to the subsequent ongoing review. Support periodic risk management reporting to senior management. Provide training and workshop to increase risk awareness. Assess key risks and internal control procedures by coordinating with various projects and finetuning the internal control design based on the risk levels. Provide practical recommendations and action plans to management. Perform ad‑hoc projects or any other duties as assigned from time to time. Requirements Bachelor’s degree holder (Accounting, Finance, Risk Management or similar degrees are preferred) Professional qualification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) is preferred Minimum 8 years of solid professional experience in sizable companies or audit/consulting firms, including minimum 3‑4 years’ experience in enterprise risk management Prior experience in an enterprise risk management role is a must Prior experience in process and control reviews is an advantage Sound knowledge of internal controls and risk management Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills Proactive and able to work independently Able to work under pressure A good team player with a “can‑do” attitude Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua Travel to mainland China is required when needed Candidate with less experiences would be considered as Assistant Manager Interested parties please send CV in WORD format with current/expected salary and notice period All information will be treated in strict confidence and will be used for recruitment purpose only.
