To support our growth in the Asian market, we are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team.

Job Summary:

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Senior HRBP in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, providing support to front-line staff, and enhancing employee engagement. You will work closely with management and staff to ensure effective HR practices are integrated into the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
  • Provide HR guidance and support to front-end staff, particularly in sales training and development.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Manage employee relations issues, providing coaching and support to management and staff.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive decision-making and improve HR initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and relevant employment legislation.
  • Assist in talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management processes.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Degree holder or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in HR as a generalist.
  • Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) with strong professional written communication skills.
  • Experience in training front-end staff, particularly in financial environments will be advanced.
  • Ability to work independently and under high pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR practices and a solid understanding of labour laws.
