As a Cloud SRE Lead, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure and ensuring system reliability. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with expertise in cloud systems and a passion for technology. Description System Reliability & Uptime Define and maintain SLIs/SLOs across cloud workloads Implement auto-recovery and self-healing mechanisms Establish and enforce error budgets with service owners Design, deploy, and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible Implement multi-cloud provisioning workflows integrated with AIOps agents Ensure infrastructure meets security, performance, and compliance standards Integrate predictive monitoring, self-healing, and cost optimization agents Drive automation-first and root-cause analysis workflows Promote observability best practices and telemetry-driven operations Apply AI-driven thinking and mindset Lead resolution of high-impact incidents and conduct retrospectives Improve MTTR and MTTD through automation and agent-driven remediation Cost, Compliance & Governance Collaborate with FinOps and compliance agents to manage cost visibility and enforce policies Advise application teams on cloud-native architectures and guardrails Mentor junior engineers and DevOps staff Establish platform standards, reusable modules, and golden templates Profile 10+ years in Cloud, SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering Deep understanding of cloud reliability and architectural resilience Experience with CI/CD pipelines, observability stacks, and automation at scale Familiarity with AIOps tools or AI-integrated operational workflows Passion for mentoring and scaling best practices Comfortable working across cloud, networking, security, and ITSM domains Hands-on expertise with: Terraform PowerShell Ansible Experience with Azure DevOps and Kubernetes Familiarity with: Frontend: React Database: PostgreSQL with multi-region replication Job Offer Competitive salary package ranging from HKD 600,000 to HKD 700,000 annually.
