Infrastructure Site Reliability Engineering (Infra SRE) Lead OSL is Hong Kong’s first SFC‑licensed digital asset platform. We are seeking an Infrastructure SRE Lead to own the bedrock of our regulated trading, custody, and payments platforms. You will architect systems that are not just robust, but resilient, scalable, and secure enough to power the future of finance. Key Responsibilities Architect & Own Our Core Platform: Lead the design, reliability, and scalability of our multi‑cloud (AWS & Alicloud) infrastructure and Kubernetes platforms, ensuring high availability across global markets. Lead & Mentor a High‑Performing Team: Manage and grow a cross‑site Infra SRE team (Hong Kong + Shenzhen), fostering a culture of excellence, automation, and continuous improvement. Drive Engineering Excellence: Standardize our Infrastructure‑as‑Code (Terraform), observability stack (Prometheus/Grafana), and CMDB automation to enforce rigorous governance and compliance. Qualifications 8+ years in Infrastructure, SRE, or DevOps, with 3+ years in a leadership role managing engineers. Deep, hands‑on expertise in AWS, Kubernetes at scale, and Terraform . Proven experience building and maintaining high‑availability, fault‑tolerant systems in a regulated environment (FinTech, Banking, etc.). Strong scripting skills (Python or Go) and a passion for automating complex problems. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
