Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship - Project Officer / Assistant Project Officer
(Ref:PO/APO (CIE-830008) 2025-04-03)
- Implement and coordinate a new project related to youth entrepreneurship in the Greater Bay Area (GBA);
- Liaise with external and internal stakeholders, including alumni and students, for the effective execution of activities related to this project;
- Manage the project's budget;
- Prepare promotional materials for the project, including website and social media management;
- Serve as secretary in committees and work groups.
- Possess a bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of working experience, preferably in the higher education sector or in sizable organisations;
- Have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
- Have strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word-processing;
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills;
- Have a strong sense of responsibility and commitment and be capable of multitasking and attentive to details;
- Be able to work independently while being an effective team player;
- Be willing to work non-office hours and undertake occasional out-of-town trips.
Experience with design software such as Canva, educational background in programme management or business-related discipline, and work experience in the higher education sector will be an advantage.
Applicants with less work experience will be considered as Assistant Project Officer.
