About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to fill the position of Project Officer/Assistant Project Officer at our Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

  • Implement and coordinate new projects related to youth entrepreneurship in the Greater Bay Area;
  • Liaise with external and internal stakeholders, including alumni and students, for effective execution of activities;
  • Manage project tasks and ensure timely completion;
  • Prepare promotional materials, including website and social media management;
  • Serve as secretary in committees and work groups.
Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Possess a bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of working experience, preferably in the higher education sector or sizable organisations;
  • Have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word-processing;
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong sense of responsibility and commitment, capable of multitasking and attentive to details;
  • Able to work independently while being an effective team player;
  • Willing to work non-office hours and undertake occasional out-of-town trips.

Experience with design software such as Canva, educational background in programme management or business-related discipline, and work experience in the higher education sector will be an advantage.

Candidates with less work experience will be considered for the Assistant Project Officer position.
