Senior Benefits Specialist – Marsh McLennan We are seeking a talented individual to join our Human Resource team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in either Singapore or Hong Kong and is a hybrid position requiring at least three days per week in the office. Responsibilities Plan major design changes with various teams, vendors, and stakeholders, evaluate downstream impacts on Darwin, Workday, Payroll, and other interfaces, and prepare functional business requirements and specifications for system enhancements. Facilitate review of system processing in development and testing environments. Support and coordinate benefits administration and assist HR/HRS with employee inquiries. Manage and maintain processes related to surveys, company benefits compliance, and internal and external reporting obligations. Act as a subject matter expert with vendors, Compliance, Legal, and other stakeholders during contract review processes and ensure benefits content on MMC intranet (Colleague Connect) is accurate and updated in applicable languages. Qualifications Minimum 8 years of relevant in-house Benefits Management experience with regional exposure. Experience managing Senior stakeholders and External vendors (e.g. Brokers/ Insurers). Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and Power BI. Have an eye for numbers and a flexible mindset. What Makes You Stand Out Strong communication skills.
