Marketing & Project Manager (Family Office) Our client, a privately held family office headquartered in Hong Kong, actively manages a diverse range of projects and investments. To support the business development and long‑term development, the family office is looking for a professional Marketing & Project Manager to lead business development and promotional efforts across the portfolio. Responsibilities Create and implement marketing and sales plans for the family office’s investments and projects. Find and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and client connections. Handle branding, communications, and promotions for the family office and related projects. Manage digital and offline marketing, including websites, social media, and presentations. Research markets and industries to guide strategy and messaging. Work with external agencies and partners to deliver marketing solutions. Represent the family office at meetings, events, and industry gatherings. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development. Experience with private investment offices, financial firms, or diverse businesses is a plus. Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Able to manage multiple projects independently with high accountability. Proficient in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and content creation.
