My client is a cloud‑based platform for progress monitoring, reporting, and quality assurance in construction and infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in construction, infrastructure, and facility management sectors. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision‑makers. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Product Expertise: Understand RDrive's digital solutions (BIM integration, asset management, inspection tools) and communicate value to clients. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions. Requirements Experience: 7+ years in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, construction tech, or facility management. Candidates with less experience may be considered for a Sales Manager role. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with construction workflows, CAFM systems, or digital transformation in engineering. Skills: Strong negotiation and presentation skills Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex deals Education: Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
