Human Resources Associate (Contract basis) Our client is a multinational energy corporation with well-established presence in Hong Kong. We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Associate to join our team on contract basis. This role offers hands‑on exposure across a wide range of HR functions in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Job Responsibilities Support HR operations including payroll, benefits administration, recruitment, employee engagement, reporting and analysis. Maintain and update the employee database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Compile HR data and generate reports to support operational efficiency. Update the HR shared drive and internal portal to ensure information is current and accessible. Coordinate payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate execution. Assist in administering Compensation & Benefits programs aligned with company goals and market trends. Provide administrative support for HR documentation and records management. Participate in ad hoc HR projects as assigned. Requirements A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline is preferred; Candidates with other relevant qualifications or experience will also be considered. 2–3 years of relevant HR experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Workday or other HR systems is an advantage. Familiarity with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related labor legislation is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with attention to detail. Organized, self‑motivated, and results‑oriented. Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese. #J-18808-Ljbffr
