Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy Development Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to boost brand visibility, customer acquisition, and retention. Focus on digital channels aligned with our live streaming model, including social media campaigns, content marketing, and influencer partnerships. Ecommerce Optimization Manage and optimize our ecommerce platforms (e.g., website, mobile app, or integrated live streaming tools). Oversee product listings, pricing strategies, user experience improvements, and integration with payment gateways to maximize online conversions. Live Streaming & Content Promotion Collaborate with the founding team to promote live streams, pop‑up stores, and VIP events. Develop pre‑event teasers, post‑event recaps, and targeted ads to drive traffic and sales (e.g., via Facebook, Instagram, Little Red Book). Digital Advertising & Analytics Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic display) with budgets optimized for ROI. Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights or similar to track performance metrics, analyze customer behavior, and generate reports on key KPIs (e.g., traffic, conversion rates, customer lifetime value). Brand & Customer Engagement Build and nurture our community of 30,000+ Facebook fans and 6,000 active buyers. Lead email marketing, loyalty programs (e.g., VIP tiers), and CRM initiatives to increase repeat purchases and customer loyalty. Event & Offline Marketing Support Coordinate marketing for pop‑up stores (e.g., in LCX or K11), hotel VIP events or other selling/customer engagement events. Handle promotions, partnerships, and on‑site branding to bridge online and offline experiences. Market Research & Trend Analysis Monitor fashion industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences in Hong Kong and Greater China. Provide insights to inform product sourcing, self‑branded lines, and expansion strategies. Team Collaboration & Vendor Management Work closely with the live streaming team, operations, and external vendors (e.g., ad agencies, influencers). Manage a small marketing budget and supervise junior staff or freelancers as the team grows. Compliance & Reporting Ensure all marketing activities comply with Hong Kong regulations (e.g., advertising standards, data privacy under PDPO). Prepare monthly reports on marketing performance and ROI for founders. Qualifications & Requirements Education Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field. Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus. Experience 8+ years in marketing and ecommerce roles, preferably in fashion, retail, or e‑commerce/live streaming industries. Proven track record in driving sales growth through digital campaigns and platform management. Skills Expertise in digital marketing tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, CRM software like HubSpot or Mailchimp). Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and live streaming ecosystems (e.g., Facebook Live, Taobao Live analogs). Analytical mindset with proficiency in data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics) to measure campaign effectiveness. Creative content skills, including copywriting, graphic design basics (e.g., Canva, Photoshop), and video editing for social media. Excellent communication in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin. Personal Attributes Results‑oriented, creative, problem‑solving skills, able to work under pressure in fast‑paced and dynamic SME environment. Passion for fashion and digital trends.
