Design, develop, test, and deliver high-quality hybrid mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms, following product strategies and guidelines. Partner closely with the Product Lead and UI/UX Designers to deliver a purposeful and high-quality user experience. Work with business stakeholders to understand their needs, identifying and suggesting the most efficient and effective solutions. Enhance products based on new market trends and emerging technologies. Analyze business needs and prepare clear technical documentation. Actively research and share your knowledge and enthusiasm for new software engineering techniques with the wider team. skills & experiences required. Associate Degree or above in Computer Science or related discipline is preferred. Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in mobile application development for both iOS and Android. Solid hands‑on experience in hybrid application development with at least one common framework, such as Flutter (preferred), React Native, or Ionic. Good understanding of security standards, integration, and deployment processes for mobile applications. Familiar with RESTful APIs, version control systems (like Git), and strong UI/UX principles for mobile. Thrive in a dynamic startup environment, have a "roll up your sleeves" attitude, and be excited by the challenge of developing a product from 0 to 100. Experience in web application development with modern programming languages and frameworks would be advantageous. Prior project experience from the financial services, fintech or Web3 industries is a plus. Good analytical and problem‑solving skills, with an ability to quickly adopt and learn new technologies.
