APM Monaco is seeking a seasoned Senior Mobile App Developer to manage the development, monitoring, integration, and continuous innovation of our internal applications. This role requires full‑cycle project ownership, including application architecture, design input, user interface layout, and database design/programming. Who are we? Responsibilities Develop mobile applications for iOS, Android and HarmonyOS. Focus on application functional enhancement, including good responsiveness, creating and maintaining functions. Take a project from conception to finished product. Optimize applications for maximum performance, speed, and responsiveness. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high‑quality deliverables. Stay up‑to‑date with emerging frontend technologies and industry trends. Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and adhere to best practices. Requirements At least 3 years of experience in mobile app development. Higher Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or related discipline. Strong knowledge of Flutter, Spring Boot, MyBatis, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Familiarity with frontend build tools (e.g., Webpack, Gulp) and version control systems (e.g., Git). Solid understanding of cross‑platform mobile development principles and best practices. Experience in consuming RESTful APIs and handling data synchronization in mobile applications. Knowledge of hybrid app development and publishing processes for iOS, HarmonyOS and Android platforms. Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in English; proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus.
