AI-Driven ERP Strategy Develop and execute AI strategies and solutions that enhance ERP implementation, optimization, and support services. Presales Leadership Lead AI solutioning in presales engagements, working alongside ERP consultants to craft intelligent, value‑driven proposals. Client Advisory Engage with clients to identify opportunities for AI that create value, including integration across ERP modules (e.g., finance, supply chain, HR). Provide data‑driven analyses, advice, and presentations to clients. Solution Architecture Design AI‑enhanced solutions using predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and machine learning. Practice Development Build internal capabilities and reusable assets for AI, including frameworks, accelerators, and proof‑of‑concepts. Ensure quality and on‑time project deliverables. Cross‑functional Collaboration Partner with delivery teams, technical architects, and business consultants to ensure seamless integration of AI components. Thought Leadership Represent the company in industry forums, webinars, and client workshops as an expert in AI for enterprise systems. Requirements Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application in ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle). Familiarity with ERP implementation lifecycle, business processes, and common pain points where AI can add value. Proven experience in business development, presales, or solution consulting in IT services. Ability to lead discovery sessions, define solution scope, and present AI‑enhanced ERP proposals to clients. Skilled at translating technical AI concepts into business outcomes for stakeholders at all levels. Experience of leading a small regional team. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. Preferred Qualifications Experience with AI use cases in ERP such as demand forecasting, invoice automation, predictive maintenance, or intelligent chatbots. Exposure to cloud ERP platforms and AI services (e.g., Azure AI).
