Based in Canada with a global remote team, the studio’s debut project is a martial arts action/souls-like game that blends intense combat with paranormal mystery, set in a stylized vision of modern-day Hong Kong. As the team ramps up production on its first title, they are seeking a versatile and experienced producer to oversee key aspects of development, operations, and cross-team coordination. Location Remote Responsibilities Own and manage the overall production schedule across internal and external teams Coordinate with contributors across disciplines—art, animation, programming, audio, and design Track development milestones, QA progress, bug reports, and testing feedback Support and manage outsourcing pipelines, freelance talent, and vendor communications Collaborate with leadership on publishing deliverables, production strategy, and partner communication Maintain and iterate on project tracking tools (Jira, Trello, Google Sheets, etc.) Ensure communication flows smoothly across remote and asynchronous teams Contribute to process design, documentation, and production workflows Manage budgets and resources with an eye toward scale and sustainability Actively participate in build testing, bug triage, and feature validation cycles Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in a production or project management role within small or indie game teams Strong organizational and communication skills—able to keep momentum going across time zones Experience managing external collaborators and coordinating with publishing partners Hands-on mindset; willing to contribute across QA, research, scheduling, and documentation Comfortable using common production tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Google Drive, Git) Track record of independently solving problems and driving delivery from planning to ship #J-18808-Ljbffr
